Close shave for Kattu malli crew

We recently heard the crew of Haridasincluding director Kumaravelan surviving a giant shore while returning from shoot nearRameshwaram coast. Now Kattumallicrew had witnessed a similar danger.

The team of Kattumalli, survived flash flooded and managed to escape to safety while shooting a song sequence in Kalikesam village near Kaniyakumari. 

The movie directed by Mallikeswaranfeatures Viddharth and newcomer Sri Vidhya. They were shooting for a song sequence choreographed by Shivasankar, when a flash flood swept the place. 

Immediately the crew rushed to safer place and informed officials of the forest department, who helped them, reach safer spots. The shooting was called off for the day and they returned the next day to complete the song.
