Venky a popular adfilm maker and director of many short films, is ready with his debut directorial venture  Konjam Koffee Konjam Kaadhal  .It stars Hridayraaj, who acted as Arvindhsamy's young son in Mumbai. A Delhi model Aditi plays the heroine. Over a dozen new faces are introduced by Venky in the film. Nasserand Revathy appear in key roles.

Produced by Ganeswar Tripathy, the movie has music by newcomer Phani Kalyan, a student of A R Rahman's  KM  Conservatory of Music. Speaking about the movie, the director says, 'it is a romantic story. The lead pair in the movie falls in love after they meet in a coffee shop. However the two face twists and turns in their lives.'
