Priyamani all excited about Charulatha

The National-award winning actressPriyamani is all set to wrap up the shooting of her movie Charulatha, in which she plays conjoined twins.

Charulatha is directed by Ponvannan, former assistant of director KS Ravikumar.

It started off as a Kannada movie but it is now being made in Tamil and Telugu too due to the unique subject.

The Thai movie Alone is said to be the inspiration for this movie with adequate changes in the script to suit local sensibilities.

The crew is packing their bags to shoot in Kashmir now.

Says Priyamani, 'When the producers came to me with the script, I was hooked. As far as I knew, nothing like this had been attempted before in mainstream cinema. It was a challenge'.

Meanwhile she is all set to be part of a Malayalam movie to be directed by Subil and is titled Ente Sathyanweshana Pareek-Shakal.

The actress was last seen in Mollywood in Grandmaster. She says that though she is getting several offers from M-Town, she is taking her time.
