KB to do Manmadha Leelai remake

At a time when sequels and prequels of big hits from yesteryear cinema is the trend in Kollywood, there are speculations thatKavithalaya Production might do a remake of their big hits of the pastManmadha Leelai and Thillu Mullu.

Interestingly both the movies were made byKB himself and they brought stardom toRajnkanth and Kamal Haasan.

Pushpa Kandsamy, daughter of KB and the one who manages Kavithalaya says, 'we hold the remake rights of these movies. We are in the process of remaking them'.

Buzz is that they have even approached a few filmmakers in this regard. However she did not rule out a possibility that her father himself may end up doing one of the remakes.
